GROUNDING Landscapes

Grounding is an ongoing collection of watercolor and ink illustrations exploring the relationship between nature, inner stillness and visual storytelling.

Created alongside videos, podcasts and reflective writings, these works translate moments of contemplation into natural landscapes. Forests, rivers, mountains and open skies become visual metaphors for presence, balance and the rhythms that connect human experience with the living world.

Rather than illustrating specific stories, each piece invites a slower way of looking—where observation, imagination and creativity become spaces for reflection. Working with traditional media in a direct and spontaneous way, most illustrations were completed in one to three painting sessions, preserving the freshness of the creative gesture.

Although each artwork stands on its own, together they form an evolving visual archive that accompanies educational content, guided reflections and artistic explorations developed across my creative practice.

At its core, Grounding is an invitation to reconnect with nature—not only as a landscape, but as a place where attention, creativity and imagination can meet.
